Deringer-Ney Marshall has been supplying quality parts to our customers in the automotive sector for over 30 years. With our years of technical experience and capabilities such as in-house tool fabrication and secondary operations, DNI Marshall has adapted to meet the ever changing automotive environment.



In conjunction with capabilities in other DNI facilities such as Deringer-Ney,Inc and Deringer-Ney Nogales, we can offer fully assembled automotive components and consolidation of your supplier base, as well as a domestic alternative. We have been very successful in providing our customers with opportunities to reduce costs by replacing screw machine parts with our less expensive cold formed products.


Many of our electrical contacts are tailored to meet the demands of high speed assembly operations. Our contacts utilize a variety of precious metal alloys available in the world today such as gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and copper including our own exclusive alloys. Our quality systems are supported by ISO 9001:2000 certification (UL Registration # A8448), with compliance to the automotive specific clauses of TS 16949 including PPAP, APQP, and FMEA.

Specialties include solid cold headed contacts utilized in automotive relay and lighting applications. They are manufactured using silver, silver-tin, and other unique precious metal alloys. Other capabilities include multi-station machines for forming complex mechanical automotive shapes. Our composite / bi-metal contacts, sometimes called cladding, are used in automotive switching applications and manufactured using a controlled high speed friction bonding process. The bi-metal contact rivet offers an economical alternative to higher-priced brazed contacts, or solid silver alloy contacts.
